Diary Management

Is managing your diary and patient appointments getting difficult or too time consuming? With a dedicated MedSecretary Personal Private Assistant (PPA) looking after your calls, we will manage your calendar to your requirements.

 We’ll find a suitable time for you and the patient, schedule the appointment, help with directions, complete a pre-appointment questionnaire and discuss any relevant information that is needed. We will then send a text or email confirmation to you and the patient confirming appointment details with a follow-up email or reminder text closer to the time to help eliminate missed or forgotten appointments. What about taking time-off? We will always be around to answer the calls.


Around the clock access to the diary is available to you, your patient and your MedSecretary PPA (with appropriate authority of user). Med Secretary has the technological solutions and the experience to make this happen.
